Why I made the Great Decision to join Keller Williams

There were many factors involved in this decision.   I looked at my community and for a company that would best serve the interests of my clients.  I run a small business and I researched the business models of many area Brokers.   Based on 15 years of experience, I also looked to continue building good relationships with my fellow Realtors.

PEOPLE

The agents and the staff at Keller Williams are top notch.  Above all, the people are what drew me to this company.  They are ethical, hard working and community minded.  I knew that I was a good fit.

COMMISSION STRUCTURE

I run my business as a business.  In these economic times, I chose Keller Williams because it offered a fair commission and fee structure.  With less money going to desk fees, I could allocate more money to advertising and marketing. 

EDUCATION

The Real Estate business is ever changing and evolving.  GLAR does a good job in keeping the education top notch, but Keller Williams offers above and beyond.  Their goal is to help the agent increase their business.  That means assistance with a database, website and lead generation in addition to keeping up with the trends such as short sale and foreclosures. 

SUPPORT

It was important to me to have people I can depend on in the event of a question about a transaction.

EXPOSURE

Keller Williams may be new to the Crosslake area but it won’t be for long.  It is a fast growing national company and I made the decision to move to KW because I think it is the future business model for the real estate business. As more and more agents are exposed to the advantages of Keller Williams, I have no doubt that many more will be joining.  In addition, our Buyers and Sellers recognize the need for adapting to new economic conditions, and I had their full support.  The network is vast – the Keller Williams agent website, and countless other KW partners such as Google and Yahoo along with the metro and local MLS are a great venue for our listings and for attracting Buyers.
